Athene's Gear Check: Recount plugin

This is a plugin for adding AGC information to Recount.
This makes it alot easier to keep track of gear quality in party or raid, and let's you report the information to raid\whisper\guild\whatever.

Requires Recount and Athene's Gear Check to be installed.
